4. Fees and Payment Terms

All fees for services, digital products, and goods are listed on our site. Payments may be made via major credit cards or bank transfer. Confirmation is sent via email upon successful processing.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Legal Support Services

Clients may request a refund for service cancellations at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled appointment. Eligible fees will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 14 days after approval of the request. Appointments may be rescheduled once without additional charge if notice is provided at least 7 calendar days in advance. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before the appointment, as time and resources have been allocated in advance.

5.2 Information Products

All digital products are provided instantly after purchase. Due to immediate access, refunds are not available for downloaded items. Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your order.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be shipped back within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. To initiate the process, please submit a request via our contact form. After receipt and inspection of the goods, eligible fees will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 14 days. Clients are responsible for shipping costs associated with the shipment unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the site. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Geneva.
